First of all, THANK YOU for this opportunity to work together to make some amazing films. We love creating work that is meaningful, and highlighting hard-working female leaders in North Texans. We are excited to bring our experience and expertise to this project to really highlight these stories at the TWF Leadership Forum and Awards Dinner on April 30, 2020.

Idea / Concept:

Our desire is to create an emotional and inspirational aspect to these award winner highlights that extends beyond the inspirational message that these women’s stories about their current situation already communicate. Not only will the audience be inspired by their stories of leadership at their respective organizations, but by tapping into the inspiration they would give to themselves.

We would like to ask the winners to write a short letter to themselves. What advice would they tell themselves? What words of wisdom would they share? This could be at any point of their life or career. Whether talking to the little girl looking in the mirror, dreaming of big dreams, or to a young woman starting her first job. We believe that reading the letter they write to themselves on camera will lead to real stories of bravery, strength and wisdom that will inspire everyone in the room.

We think if we combine their letter to themselves with some info about their current organizations and philanthropic successes we can create a well rounded and heart felt picture of how amazing these winners are.
