  • Meetings / research / pre interview phone calls with class of athletes / Location scout (20 hours x $200)

Production: ( $100,000 )

  • Shoot days (200 hours x $500)
    • Workouts at ATF ( 80 hours )
    • Interviews at ATF ( 16 hours )
    • Home visits / interviews ( 32 hours )
    • Colorado Trip ( days TBD - estimated 5 days including travel) (72 hours)

Post Production: ( $20,000 )

  • Editing ( 100 hours x $200 )
    • teasers throughout project / dailies / weeklies
    • 8 - 22 minute episodes
    • social cuts for Marketing purposes ( 15 total - 1 per episode and a few general ones )

Additional Team Hires / expenses: ( $30,400 )

Sound engineer - $250 per shoot day ($6,500)

Gaffer - $150 per shoot day ($4,000)

Voiceover talent - TDB - ( estimate $300 an episode = $2,400)

Motion graphics artist - $2,500

Photography: $5,000

Music Composition: $10,000

Below is an example of a project we did for an agency we work regularly with called CivicBrand that rebrands cities. We get to come along and tell the story of their history, and the renewed vision for the future gained through the process. We love the long format chapter or "episode" style of storytelling.
